A few days ago, we posted about Robert Pothorscki doing test-n-tunes with his GMC Syclone when the worst happened and the truck suffered a catastrophic failure. The result was both a broken motor and transmission. Had this happened to almost anyone else, this would have ended the season. In true form as some already suspected, Mr. Syclone fixed the truck in what felt like no time at all. He's now back up and running after what seemed to be a minor setback (for him) when his rods failed, splitting the crank in 2 pieces making the block a paperweight, and putting a serious crack into his trans housing.
Robert posted this video on March 15 of the destroyed engine and his truck idling at the same time! Talk about being prepared for the worst. A thumbs up signifies that all is well and he’s back in action.
