    I round the month up or down when putting the change date on the filter. It's been 6 weeks. 2 trips of 5,500 and 2,400 miles plus some local driving. Probably less than 25 warm-up cycles on the oil which is what causes oil contamination. I usually don't go this far on a change interval, the second trip was a surprise, in that I wasn't going to take the Ty on that trip, but the truck I was taking developed a problem the night before. Over 8,000 miles in 6 weeks. I drive my trucks.
